Purposes and legal basis
Your data is processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) in order to run the league rankings (publishing your name together with your results) and to contact you about prizes.
Scope of data
Name or nickname, e-mail address, predictions submitted and points earned.
Recipients
Your name and results are visible to other participants in the rankings. Data is not transferred outside the hosting provider used to run the application.
Retention period
Data is stored for as long as your account exists, and after that for the time needed to settle prizes. Withdrawing consent results in the deletion of your account.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
Withdrawal of consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Withdrawal means you can no longer take part in the league.
Voluntariness
Providing your data is voluntary, but it is necessary to take part in the league and its rankings.
